HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A LAVISH CONCEPT PRODUCT?

We are offering only high-premium Quality Products, so there is no chance that you will think about returning them after you received the product.

 

We would be happy to issue Returns, Gift cards instead of the refund amount, or Replacements within 3 days of order delivery on the rare occasion of a mistake attributable to us including the Wrong Item Delivered Or Transport Related Damage. After 3 days, we do not accept returns or offer replacements

  • Don't Accept the delivery if you found a damaged or opened the package from the courier.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • We will gladly exchange products that are damaged or defective.
  • To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If you had ordered the wrong product and then you want to replace it then additional shipping charges will be applied by the customer.
  • Items purchased from the Lavish Concept on Sale will not be considered for return or exchange.
  • Video Proof Is required for package opening in case you request the claim that you have not received the product in the package.
  • we will pay shipping charges up to INR150 in case you send the product for replacement.(For Defective Product Only)
  • We do not have a return pickup service available. If a customer wishes to return or replace an order, they will need to arrange the return shipment themselves.
  • We do not provide any kind of refund, we only provide a gift card which you can use for future purchases on our website.
  • All customer can only replace their order once.

 

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  • Customer is not happy with the looks and colors of a defect-free product
  • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • An any damage caused by the user.
  • international orders are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Products that have been personalized are not eligible for return or refund. We will replace them only in the case of a defective or damaged product.
  • This watch case is too big for my wrist and I don't like it. For these reasons, we do not accept returns.
